I am sick. I’ve been in bed all weekend. Since we’re both sick, I don’t get any sympathy.

I found some turkey vultures sunning themselves by the road after a rain storm near the carcass of a deer. The way they were looking at me, I felt like a fresh cupcake topped with buttercream frosting.

Garlic promotes the growth of bacteria in the mouth. The best way to get rid of garlic breath is to floss and brush. Eating a dill pickle also helps. But if you eat enough garlic, the smell of it “seeps” through your skin. That’s ok, garlic is a natural mosquito repellant. And you’ll never be bothered by vampires.
