I want to be bubbly like Sarah Clark or Reese Witherspoon, fresh and full of energy. I can “act” bubbly, but unfortunately, I feel silly when doing so. I can’t even be a convincing perky when i feel really good. I would love to have been born with a bubbly personality.
You know, a girl in my sorority, Tracy Marcinco got a perm once. We all tried to talk her out of it. Curls weren’t a good look for her. She didn’t have your bone structure, but thankfully that same day she entered the Pheta Delta Phi wet t-shirt contest where she was completely hosed to down from head to toe.

I believe that we are all uniquely beautiful, and we should learn to love the very essence of who and what we are, not strive to be what society dictates we should, or the covers of a glossy magazine portray. Realise your talents and virtues, celebrate the brilliance that is you and never waste a moment aspiring to that which you are not. That doesn’t mean that I do not believe we should improve on ourselves, that should be a constant persuit in life, but too often I feel we overlook just how amazing and individual we actually are.

I really don’t understand why I don’t have mastered the skill of hibernation and then wake up all bubbly in the spring. My incarnation is a failure. I should have become a bear this time around, and not a human. Nothing I can do so… must live with what I got.

LMAO! i feel your pain! I have tried to “bubbly” approach but it does not suit me. I am embarrassed so I go lay down on my bed and just think about it, too!. Your comics make me laugh–they are wonderful! My resolution is to break all of my resolutions. This way, I am successful every year.
This year again my resolution is to quit smoking … Maybe cold turkey this time .. Last year it was a laser therapy and really worked for 3 months and no longer … I am not for this stuff .. I always cheat myself that I hate …
Bubbly is way over rated. I get around those people for more than 3 minutes and i want to kill them, or myself. Depends on the day i am having.
