When I get angry no one is immune or exempt from, everybody is subjected to being offended or hurt from what I say or do an in that moment I do not care whether they are hurt or not and this felling can last for hours sometimes days with residual flashbacks, at anytime I feel like I could snap. I feel so drenched in anger sometimes I have to hurt myself in order to come down. Why do I feel this way

Interesting topic…you know this is something we see so often and it’s not a wonder the numbers are high. I think we as people now are under so much more stress than even 10 years ago.

When I’m mad, I don’t sulk, I yell and express myself but it’s over a few minutes later. I can’t stand people who burry their anger inside and snap suddenly. It scares me.
