Expectations

I hate when something is advertised as "FREE" but you have to buy something to get it, as in: Buy 4 and get the 5th one free. It's not free, it's a conditional discount.
"But you said buy two and get the third one free."
"No, I clearly stated buy three and get two, and the sign says No Refunds or Returns on Sale Merchandise."
"But that doesn't make sense."
"Dear, I couldn't state it any clearer."
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

Thank you Seraphine, for the public service you’ve just rendered, NOTHING is free, people come on! Stop following, well maybe except for Seraphine!
Love the quote!
That is right — Expecting too much you get nothing
That is what is happening to me . And sh ..t , unexpected good things never happen
(
Maybe today something happen good !!
Cool set 100%
Belle scène de vie
Today I expected to be able to buy a new computer with a special configuration online and have it delivered to the local apple store for pickup. Can’t always be home to wait for fed-ex. They couldn’t do that. Went to the apple store to order it for pickup there when delivered. Couldn’t do that either. They ship it to your house. Guess I’ll have to stay home and amuse myself one day. It’s called making the best of a dumb situation.
I’m with Christopher – love the quote
The idea of freebees is nonsense but it sounds like you soon will no longer be able to buy 4 tyres and get a spare for free!! I notice that Section 421 is being invoked “The American government argues that these tyres are being imported into America from China in “such increased quantities and under such conditions as to cause or threaten to cause market disruption to domestic producers” of competing tyres.
Best wishes
Nicely framed street shot at the top. Expectativas has a nice sound to it don’t you think? Re your last frame, what happens if you are expecting disappointment?
Buy three: get two. Sounds like politics, or watching TV, or cigarettes or other diminishing return investments. How do you produce brilliance every day?
Lol. Love the quote!
even low expectations….? and what about people who claim to have no expectations? aren’t they just expecting nothing? which is a kind of expectation, so they’re really expecting something, but the something is nothing……
wow
