A good point. We manage to invent ways to avoid communicating directly with a human touch. The Boston-New York-Washington Shuttle will be reduced now to regional jet planes because former customers use videoconferencing. How moronic. To me, there seems to be something lost when one cannot sit across the table and gain a sense from non verbal cues how a person feels about a given topic.
