I’m a two bar a night man myself. None of that milky stuff mind. Chocolate content is what we’re looking for
I’m on Day Two of no sugar. (Again.)
Also? Last week in the market I passed by the freezer section with New Limited Edition Dark Chocolate Haagen-Dazs.
I married it.
But I didn’t eat it.
tryptophan, hmm? the comfort drug in my favorite comfort food. i’m a chocoholic too…. and i have big incentive to stay on the wagon – i’m also a migraine sufferer, and choc is a trigger for me…. but i fall off periodically and spend the next few days stoned on pain killers, and sleeping a lot.
I’ve never heard of a urethra being inflamed by dipping in chocolate sauce.
Does it matter if it is Swiss, Belgium or Hersheyes (or whatever you call that cheap stuff in the US). Yeah, I’m a snob when it gets to chocolate. Sorry.
Dark chocolate is by far my favorite treat. I just make sure i only eat a little at a time. I used to eat a ton of the stuff. Since i am now working out quite a bit, it’s real easy to keep the consumption down. I simply ask myself how hard i want to work out the next day. Usually the answer is “not that hard.” Usually
Chocolate is very good for one’s health. And moral as well. Just not that great for weight and teeth but who care…!
