I say just toss him out of the country. We have enough stupid people as it is. Ya the orange juice being left out of an order is a freedom of speech issue. Good lord what a dumb ass.
$200 and a kick in the gonads would be a better punishment, IMHO.
Reminds me of a show that made fun of the most stupid 911 calls ever… some people really think the world revolve around them!
Prank calls are stupid, but people who think their “emergency” (usually some really stupid thing like finding the pet mouse etc.) is important are even more annoying.
I think people should have to pass a licensing test to get a telephone.
