One exciting way to see Costa Rica is to do a Canopy Zip-Line adventure. Flying over tropical vegetation concentrates the mind in the immediate moment. Canopy tours often include a series of platforms and some rope or suspension bridges. It’s awesome!

Ohhh… you did the canopy adventure! That is amazing!!! Well, I’ve never tried it, but I have skydived, and I can imagine that doing the canopy adventure has similar adrenaline factors. Did you get a video of yourself?
When my son was ill, an alternative medicine person told him that you can help control feelings of nausea by applying pressure to your wrist — about three or four fingertips down from your hand. He didn’t think it worked, but I do.
I think I would be have to hold my index finger the whole time, if I was zipping over the trees! And probably my wrist, too.
