Remember the children’s game Simon Says? “Simon says touch your nose”, and you have to touch your nose. Then “Stand on one foot” but because somebody doesn’t first say “Simon Says” -you’re out.
I hated that game. It’s a favorite game of kids who grow up to be bureaucrats. No matter how hard I tried to please, I never got to be Simon.
I was a woman in a man’s world. I was a Democrat in a Republican administration. I was an intellectual in a world of bureaucrats. I talked differently. This may have made me a bit like an ink blot. People projected around me.

I promise you, we as a people will get there… Yes we can.
Quotation from Barack Obama, America’s next President

I heard of this broken machines thing and thought it would delay the election’s result. But luckily it didn’t, and the right thing was done!

I just read today that voting machine #DSL40042 voted for itself and won the election. It refused to do a recount on the principle it was the most logical choice.

Well, the machines didn’t win this elections, the people did.
I’m so glad Obama won, the USA deserve a great president. He is no messiah but he will do the job… unlike the current moron.
I assume that Simon is a kind of invisible power who determines who can and who cannot be a candidate for president. Interesting question.
