OK, what is this – is it about skimpy housing or skimpy clothing?
I am confused. Almost feel like photshopping the third pick to give it more perk. But I don’t seem to have the time and energy to fool around. Bummer.
Where did you get that 9% default rate from. I thought it is much higher. But what do I know – there is more people hiding I guess, not only Seraphine!
It wouldn’t have been a final struggle (Sheila lutte finale-love that pun!) if house prices had not drastically fallen which now prevents arrears to be replaced with refreshed enlarged debt based upon increased home equity. Alas the debt plenty party is over but its hangover persists as credit withers on the institutional vines. One of its credit arteries has been severed as Freddie and Fanny seek rest and recuperation amongst their newly acquainted heavily indebted treasury buddies. I thnk Plato would agree however that all of this will be almost forgotten in the years to come as the cycle repeats.
