How wonderful that you shall quote Leonard Cohen just today. I saw him at Glastonbury festival, in his first live performance in fifteen years, and he was absolutely amazing. It gave me goose bumps. I wanted to run on stage and hug him. He is wonderful.

I like the five point exploding heart technique (cf. Kill Bill) best. Not that I have tried it, of course.
I don’t like wrestling. I think it’s stupid. Yes the outcomes are scripted. However, you must give the wrestlers kudos. For a man that’s 6’6″ tall, weighing over 300lbs, to be able to do cartwheels and other acrobatic feats… well those guys are incredible atheletes.

I can say this is what I think and I have the scars to prove it ! . But to recognize the scars in ourselves and in others is to engender the first step in the healing process.
