I’ve never experienced motion sickness before. I have experienced, however, non-motion sickness. I always have to be moving (or my surroundings moving), or else I do feel sick.
I like the comic. I have pretty bad motion sickness. My dad used to drive very sudden stops (all the time)…and I would puke in the car, all the time. Great childhood.
I like the “They’re old chums of mine” line haha…
I suffered of road motion sickness looooooong ago, when I was a child and a teenager later on. Then I felt sick even on sea and sometimes by air :/
Now I don’t suffer of motion sickness anymore and I don’t why or how that happened.
I am dreaming a lot again, tough

I used to suffer from motion sickness when i was much younger. But I outgrew it by my late teens.

get me into motion – I will not complain if I feel sick thereafter.
cars and buses made me throw up when I was young.
now I go on any boat, in any seas and feel just fine – funny how time can change metabolisms, the balance of the inner ear canal and all kind of other things…
We came to Canada on a small ship across the Atlantic in March. I was sick until my Dad (who was a sailor in the War) made me get up and walk around the deck. He was so happy to be at sea again he needed to share the experience. We met the captain and visited the engine room and I was never sick at sea again. My mother stayed in bed til Montreal.

Motion sickness is terrible!
But my kids can read a book on the back seat of the car and never get sick!
