I Hear, I Know. I See…
I’m not a fan of self-loathing. I’ve done that
and concluded it’s not attractive. It doesn’t
get you where you want or need to be.
“Self-love, my liege, is not so vile
a sin as self-neglecting.”
Quotation from William Shakespeare, Henry V
“I hear, I know. I see, I remember.
I do, I understand.”
Saying attributed to Confucious

Loathing of any kind is not becoming. Self-loathing is even worse, I think. And even worse than self-loathing is when it is done loudly and when it subjects others to have to listen to or see it (like when people do it to attract attention or pity).
Oh, and I agree with cotton candy. If those are your eyes, they are very beautiful indeed!

Some routines have destroyed the best things about everyone i know,
Wish i could be a different person every morning
On the other hand, i love to start new things but i hate not been able to finish them.

I agree, I don’t know why people need to be that way. I know i’m the furthest thing from it, I normally make fun of myself.

Strange but true how often does beauty and wisdom show itself in the windows to the soul.
