Wow, this was very serious. I'm glad you stated right up front that you aren't feeling suicidal, or I would have worried about you.

What a great comic and message.
Sometimes things can get difficult and I think no one should ever feel ashamed of getting help from others.

I really liked this one. I could hear the song in my head as I looked at the images.

That was one of my favourite songs ever, and one of the few Metallica songs that I was skilled enough to play with my guitar (lead solo not included of course...). The lyrics too, describes the feeling of depressionin a pretty realistic way. For those who have tried it, like I did years ago, it's not easy even to manage the idea of "talking" to someone. An interesting novel about depression and "resurrection" from it, is "Nothing Natural" by Jenny Diski (http://www.jennydiski.co.uk/fiction.htm). I never found the feeling of depression described in such a "close to reality" way. I have to warn you that this book could even do worse, it is not a therapy that I advice to anyone. And family, please do not underestimate the symptoms.
Excellent post, Sera.
Thank you
