Mourning The Wet Kitty
The Witch’s Brew, aka The Wet Kitty, closed yesterday.
Trinity says it will reopen (yay!) another time, somewhere
else. I still feel like I lost a part of me. Is that nostalgia?

I miss it, it was a place of comfort. I met some good people there; however the first was the best- a gal named Seraphine!
We need to get together and do something again, I miss you lots.

It was indeed the best pub in SL. Well at least the best one I visited, and I’m no starnger to pubs!! I have many great memories of the WK and WB. I found it by accident during some SL drama. I sat in the corner, with a cold drink, and Trin’s door policy at the time stopped me getting any grief! I soon discovered it was SL “home” to loads of lovely people. I met most of my best SL friends there, and have danced, shared laughs, shared love, light, tears, hugs and a couple of slow dances with good friends. I was really sad to see it had gone - but still people kept arriving at the now empty field! We danced in the field anyway for old times sake, and shared our happy memories! NS x

it is sad that the place that meant a lot to you was closed. My hope is that you will find another place which will bring you as much joy as the WK did
