   Depression happens to us all. … I’ve been in a depression for a very long time. Pft, even longer then I’ve known you, Sera. It comes and goes, but it makes me not want to do anything more then cuddle with someone to bring my mood up. Which reminds me.. I miss cuddling with you, quite alot. ._.

   Depression is serious, and (as a personal statistic) I noticed many ppl on SL suffered (me included) or still suffers from it. Or maybe it’s just the ppl I stick to, don’t know.
   Anyway, great post, as always.

   Beyond blue in Australia has performed admirably in educating all of us about serious depression and how to identify it amongst colleagues with free access to a national help line counseling services and to work education programs. It has raised the community awareness of this problem with extensive advertising, and these education programs which have ascertained depression is much more widespread than many realized; especially prevalent in the bush and in country areas.
