Having been deaf for a little while now, that sort of thing happens still far too frequently.
When I introduce myself to people, I don’t say ‘I’m hard of hearing’ anymore, nope I just say ‘I’m hard of understanding’… works a treat.

Seraphine, my English is my second and not good yet language so …
I’m not sure if my understanding is correect. What to say… I know it is comic… and…but I found this meaning-
