Exit Wound

It felt like my temple was smashed with a hammer.
I laid in a darkened emergency room for seven hours.

Oh Seraphine, I’m so sorry. I wish you peace and send you light and love, I hope you get lots of support from those around you. I send you love and hope. Be gentle to yourself, don’t expect yourself to function normal again straight away. Griefing is a long process, allow it to happen and don’t try to fight it. Don’t try to be too strong. It’s ok.

Oh man. That sounds like a migraine. I’ve never had one before, thank god. I can’t imagine the kind of stress you’re under. Keep up with the creativity. It’s a good release.

If it is migraine, you probably know the drill already. Stay in the dark, avoid smells and sounds, drink a lot of water, take a hot shower… I’ll send you some calming thoughts.

I totally agree with Betina. It is a long process and it takes time. Don’t try to fight it and get to normal right away. Take some time off, if possible.
As always, the drawing are beautiful. Love the combination of colors.

I’m so sorry to hear that you are in pain. It does sound like a migraine, I get them every once in a while and they are awful! Dandelion is right about what to do, a sure sign of a migraine is a terrible headache accompanied by nausea. I wish you a sppedy recovery my friend, take care.

Hugs. You are all so kind. Thank you.
It definitely wasn’t a hangover, in the traditional sense.
