The Job Interview

Work tells who you are. That’s why it is important.
Do you like working for the sake of working?
Or do you work for something tangible and material,
like buying a house or taking a vacation?

The photograph in the header was taken by me and processed in Photoshop CS2.
(This is Comic #94)

I love having a job that I really love =) seraphine.

Cannot work just for sellary more than couple of months. I just get in constant bad mood which leads me to saying “thanks, but no thanks” and going away.
And for the interviews… if it is the job I’d love it just simply works. If I freel that it is something that inspires me to do than the employer feels it and there we go….

dK is right, but as I grow older and older, it’s becoming more and more difficult to say “thanks, but no thanks”… I am planning big changes after this summer but only way to know what it’ll be, is to stay tuned :)

Yes… as we are getting older we are easier targets to blackmail of capitalism. Damn it be!

Right now i don’t work, but until a while ago i did, and counting the other work experiences…hmmm When i was at school i worked for getting experience in my future duty, for practicing theories learnt at university, and all those times i didn’t get money from it, i was selling my free work for getting experience. After graduating it was hard getting a job in my field, and i went to work in something totally different from what i have studied for, but that payed quite well, and the only reason why i was in that job was for the salary and nothing else, as it was boring and burocratic and i didn’t get any pleasure from it.

Right now, i feel like i will have to start over. First of all, i need to speak danish fluently, and after that, let’s see. I don’t wanna get any stupid job just in order to get money from it. What i really want is to start something new. I think journalism is so in the past for me. I’d really love to go to a film school, take a small film course, and then, i don’t really know..It’s hard. I think i’m really clueless.

So i don’t really know what to answer on ur question. I think works is important. I even feel like going for a volunteer work right now, but the language thing..oh well. And your pics of the job interview drama hehe i was always so nervous in job interviews..hate it.
