I hate feeling like this.
Irrational fear. Impending doom.
Don’t you?

Yeah, me too. We want to live life by the moment as if anything major happens in our life, its generally sudden without any beforehand signs!

We all have those moments but then we suddenly look at the big picture and say life’s too short, so let’s make the most of the moment.
Again very stylish graphics that tell the story.

I hear that doing meditation will help. Or cutting back on caffeine ;p. Sometimes to much caffeine makes my feet restless, Seraphine.

Why worry? Is it something you can change or make better?
thinking of you.

I am probably one of the worst worriers in the world!! It gets me in trouble sometimes.
I liked you as a blonde, but now you are back to being ‘you’. And you and Northie look sooo cute together!

I worry too much sometimes, about all kind of things and it’s not good. Like someone here said, life is too damn short, we have to try to enjoy every second of it. And life and what’s after it is so full of mystery:-S
oh well.

Glad to see so many of us are on the same wavelength… well, maybe not “glad,” but misery loves company! I get really bad panic attacks, and these thoughts are usually what spur them.
Thanks for your comment on my blog! That was very sweet. Have we exchanged links yet? I’m going to add you now. Hope you have a good weekend.

Hi Kalyan. Welcome back from holiday!
Hi Callie. Is it something one can make better? No, it’s irrational worry, that’s what it is.
Hi Pretty. I’m *not* giving up my morning coffee!
Hi Alex. I ordered your book from Amazon today along with the Harry Potter book.
I’ll get them both next week. Guess which I’ll read first?
Thank you everyone. Hugs!
