Modeling Scams

Be suspicious of any agency that asks for an up-front fee. Jobs that models have to pay for are considered unethical and deceptive. Once booked, there shouldn’t be a charge for photo sessions nor a fee for “training” on the job. Deceptive trade practices should be reported to the Better Business Bureau or the Federal Trade Commission’s Consumer Response Center.
